Royal Copenhagen porcelain trio “Blue Pheasant”

This vintage coffee or tea trio from the Danish manufactory Royal Copenhagen belongs to the “Blue Pheasant” collection designed by artist Christian Joachim. It comprises a cream-white cup with a graceful handle, a saucer and a larger dessert plate. Deep blue borders with vivid yellow and green stylised pheasant-feather motifs give the pieces their expressive character. Royal Copenhagen is known for its attention to detail and fine faience and porcelain. This late twentieth-century design works equally well in modern or retro table settings.

All three pieces are in impeccable vintage condition. The glossy glaze has no cracks, chips or signs of use, and the decoration remains bright and sharply defined. The set would be an appealing addition to a tableware collection.
